From Dealer Portal to Active Trade
Step 1 — Install Zaiko Bridge
Add the extension to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge from the Chrome Web Store.
Step 2 — Sign In to Your GM Dealer Portal
Sign in normally using your dealership-authorized General Motors portal account.
Step 3 — Retrieve the Invoice
From the Zaiko Trader trade workflow, use Zaiko Bridge to retrieve available General Motors invoice information and bring it into the trade.
Zaiko Bridge does not provide access to General Motors systems or replace dealership portal authentication.
Users must have their own authorized dealership access and an active portal session.
